Each delivery arrives at your doorstep, maintaining its frozen state within a secure cooler and airtight packaging, guaranteeing top-notch quality; simply thaw and serve. Upon receiving your order, just freeze any items you don't intend to use right away. If any products arrive thawed or in the process of defrosting, rest assured, it's entirely safe! No need to worry or panic; thawing and refreezing pet food is perfectly safe. When you're ready to feed your pup, take the package out of the freezer 24 hours in advance, thaw, and then serve.

Shipping
We ship our fresh frozen dog food every Monday. To ensure shipment on the same Monday, please place your orders by 9 am (CST). Orders received after 9 am on Monday (CST) will be shipped the following Monday. Simplify your shipping experience with our monthly raw food subscription.
Holiday Shipping
In the event of a holiday occurring on any weekday, there will be no shipping for that week; if a holiday falls on a Saturday, there will be no shipping on the preceding Monday, and if a holiday falls on a Sunday, there will be no shipping on the following Monday.
Holidays included are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
